Payment – RPT - Department of Inland Revenue
There are several ways to pay Real Property Tax. Ensure that the assessment number is indicated on the payment. You can make Real Property Tax payments by:
- Visiting any local bank:
Via cash, credit card, or cheque made payable to the The Bahamas Public Treasury (Real Property Tax)
Be sure to indicate the Real Property Tax assessment number(s).
2. Paying at The Department of Inland Revenue:
Only debit/credit cards (visa/mastercard), or cheques made payable to the The Bahamas Public Treasury (Real Property Tax)
Be sure to indicate the Real Property Tax assessment number(s).
3. Completing a wire transfer ( See Wire Transfer Information)
4. Paying online via the following link: propertytax.gov.bs
IMPORTANT NOTE- Payment portal does not work in the Internet Explorer browser
