Annual Business Licence
Annual Business Licences are licences that are renewed annually and can include
but are not limited to the following businesses: retail/wholesale sales, professionals,
barber/beauty shops, banking, etc. It is granted to applicants who regularly carry on
a business activity
ELIGIBILITY
Any Bahamian citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in The Bahamas who is:
- Interested in registering a new business, or
- An existing Business Owner
- Partnership
- Privately Trading companies
- Publicly Trading companies
- Limited Liability Partnerships
- Limited Liability Company
- Sole- Proprietorships
- Home Based Businesses
A non-Bahamian applying to conduct business in The Bahamas requires approval from the Bahamas Investment Authority.
