If you own a short-term rental property in The Bahamas—or have received an email from the Department of Inland Revenue regarding short-term rental activities in your area—it’s time to ensure your property is properly registered.

All short-term rental properties must be registered.

If you are not the owner? Clarify your status by emailing ShortTermRentals@bahamas.gov.bs.

If you are an owner? Register today by clicking here or

via the DIR portal at inlandrevenue.finance.gov.bs under Other Tab → Vacation Rental.
